1. Planning/Analysis

As the first step of every project, our team develops a complete understanding of the project and, in partnership with the client, determines the mission and short- and long-term goals. This phase determines the expectations and performance benchmarks for the project team and sets the stage for project implementation.

Planning/Analysis Phase. The Project Managers and Requirements Team work with the Client to determine project goals.Concept/Design. The Technical and Design Teams work with the Client and Project Managers to develop a prototype.Development. The Technical Team works with the Design Team and Information Architects to develop the project.Implementation/Integration. The Technical Team and the Client work with the Design Team, Information Architects and Project Managers to implement and test the project.Support. The Technical Team, Project Managers, Design Team and Information Architects support the Clients.
