The TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Communications & Customer Service (C&CS) Directorate manages the Debt Collection Assistance Officers (DCAOs) and Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators (BCACs) for the military healthcare system (MHS). Keymind built a Web-based application, the Assistance Reporting Tool (ART), which provides better customer service, case management capabilities, and reporting functionality to BCACs and DCAOs worldwide.
