Council on Foundations

The Council on Foundations (COF) partnered with Grantmakers in Film and Electronic Media (GFEM) over the past 36 years to organize the annual Film & Video Festival. The festival promotes foundation support of creative, high-quality productions that expand the boundaries of the use of media for charitable purposes. When COF wanted to streamline the way it managed the event and how it archived the film winners and videos for the future, it asked Keymind to build a dynamic database-driven Web site with a custom Content Management System (CMS) for easy annual updating.
