HPA&E

The Health Program Analysis & Evaluation (HPA&E) Division of TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) required a Web-based workflow system for processing, administering, and generating information requests including Data Use Agreements (DUA), Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviews, and Survey reviews. Keymind worked with the client to refine and streamline three separate program offices’ processes and implemented a secure solution with Common Access Card (CAC) authentication where the client is able to access information and run reports about the requests at any point during the review process.
