National Emergency Grants

National Emergency Grants (NEG) are discretionary grant awards by the Secretary of the Department of Labor (DOL) that temporarily expand the service capability at the state and local area levels by providing funding assistance in response to significant dislocation events. The DOL Employment & Training Administration (ETA) contracted Keymind to design the user interface and head up the technical implementation of the Web-based, grant application system for processing NEG applications.
