DOL RAPIDS

The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Apprenticeship is the registration authority for the National Registered Apprenticeship System. This office utilizes the Registered Apprentice Partners Information Data System (RAPIDS) Web-based application to provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to employers, sponsors, and workers interested in developing apprenticeship programs and activities. The Keymind team was given the task to streamline the existing database design, refine the information architecture of the application, and to provide management level users with a view into the data that promotes analysis and “performance at a glance” display capabilities.
